- Assist the Account Manager in managing and maintaining client accounts. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met. - Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are of high quality. - Prepare and present reports to clients on a regular basis. - Assist with budget management and invoicing. - Monitor industry trends and provide insights to clients. - Attend client meetings and contribute to the development of strategies and solutions.
