We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Operations Specialist to handle our back office functions independently, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with industry standards. Job Summary: The Back Office Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of our back office operations independently. This role involves overseeing transaction processing, account management, compliance, and reporting. Complete training of the work shall be provided on-site. Key Responsibilities: o Manage the processing of mutual fund transactions, including purchases, redemptions, and transfers. O Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and verified. O Maintain and update client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. O Handle account-related queries and
Resolve any discrepancies. O Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all back office activities. O Address client and vendor inquiries related to back office operations and ensure satisfactory resolution. O Maintain professional relationships with external partners and stakeholders. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with back office systems and software. • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
