As a Business Development Executive in the Waste Management sector, you will focus on selling sorted waste materials, Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) for boiler operations, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) credits to recyclers, industrial users, and brand owners. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals looking to start a career in sales and sustainability. You will be trained on the industry and provided with the tools needed to develop strong relationships with clients and contribute to sustainable waste management solutions.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Identification & Relationship Building: o Assist in identifying potential clients such as recyclers, industrial users, and brand owners interested in sorted waste, RDF, and EPR credits. O Build and maintain professional relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions. 2. Sales Support & Strategy Implementation: o Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet revenue targets. O Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities within the waste management industry. O Participate in sales meetings and assist in preparing proposals and sales presentations. 3. Product Training & Market Knowledge: o Learn about the different types of waste materials, RDF production, and EPR credit systems.
