Inbound Process Description: Position is onsite. Hours 9 am - 6 pm with a 1 hour lunch. Workdays are Monday - Saturday. The role will be for a Logistics Inbound Process. The responsibilities include light reporting, data entry and answering calls. A background in CRM and Customer Service is preferred. Computer skills are required including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and use of Microsoft Windows. Role Essentials: Any Bachelor s Degree/ Postgraduate Knowledge about basic computer software Effective customer service skills. Effective communication skills (English). Ability to think critically and determine next logical step applied in procedural problem Salary is 15k to 25k ( Depend on Interview)
