Measures ingredients and prepares them in accordance with the SOP. • Washes & peels all the ingredients in order for them to be used in different items. • Washes, cuts & stores all types of food according to the specification provided to them by the kitchen in charge. • Packages take way / home delivery items for the customers according to the items ordered and deliver the food items on time. • Ensures the delivery vehicle has adequate fuel and serviced on regular intervals. • Checking the quality and quantity ordered of all the raw materials / ingredients from the suppliers. • Stores all the ingredients in the designated containers and at respective places and making sure that they are best preserved. • Greet the customers, take orders, prepare all the food items, pack them and serve the customers. • Clean and sanitize the working surfaces, tools, utensils and the working area as required.
