Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective customers and conduct surveys or follow-ups. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through conversations and collect relevant information. Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues they may have. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales and meet team targets. Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activity, lead status, and customer feedback.
