Required Hiring process
Minimum of 1-3 years professional field recruiting (especially in Manufacturing, Ecom/Logistics, FMCG, BFSI, etc..) work experience. Strong recruitment experience in unskilled and semiskilled category candidates. Good experience in mass recruitment, Blue-collar hiring, Campus & Bulk hiring. Should belong to the local area or have local area knowledge.
