We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin/HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, with a focus on human resources functions. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions. • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate. • Handle employee queries regarding HR-related issues such as payroll, benefits, and policies. • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events. • Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is maintained. • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other departments as needed.
Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HRIS software. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
