Key Responsibilities: • Housekeeping Supervision and Quality Control for luxury serviced apartments and farm house properties located within Delhi / Gurgaon (Supervisors will be required to travel to 2-3 properties per day within the allocated zone) • Inspect all areas for cleanliness including hygiene standards, ambience, service readiness, team grooming and hospitality culture • Ensure all provided equipment, electronics, electrical fittings, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, water pumps, generator, etc are working properly • Ensure all beds are laid as per prescribed format, furniture and decorative / usable items are set up in the right way • Stock checking of all laundry/consumables/other items ensuring checks and balances • Laundry control ensuring laundry is sent and received timely with inventory and quality check and control • Monitor and control respective housekeeping and service staff for each assigned property • Problem solving is an important aspect of this position be ava
