Job Description
Community Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with coworkers, members, and visitors. Plan and execute engaging community events, networking sessions, and workshops. Address member concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Assist in onboarding new members and guide them through facilities, policies, and membership benefits. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and promotional activities.
Front Desk & Facility Management: Manage the reception area, greet visitors, and provide a warm welcome. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring prompt responses. Maintain a neat and organized front desk and common areas. Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the workspace remains in top condition. Keep track of coworking space bookings, access control, and check-in procedures.
Administrative & Operational Support: Maintain coworking space records, attendance logs, and inventory. Assist in handling membership agreements, invoicing, and basic billing queries. Work closely with the business development team to support lead generation and client onboarding. Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
