Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timeframes. ? Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. ? Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate issues as needed. ? Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions. ? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements: ? Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in telecalling sales or customer support. ? Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets. ? Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. ? Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. ? Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. ? Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. ? High school diploma required Bachelors degree preferred.
