Job Purpose: As SRME, the primary role is to achieve Retailer / Mechanic Sales within a given territory. As a bridge the role is very important to make the market accept LUMAN as a brand and get the secondary sales done through the Retailers & Mechanics. The person should be willing to learn and Company provides extensive training for 2 Weeks at Luman Innovations Academy, Pantnagar, Rudrapur, Uttarakhand to all the new joiners. Responsibilities: Business Development ? Primary responsibility is to achieve agreed sales numbers within the given territory by tapping mechanics & retailers. ? Responsible for increase of MLP Points / Fitment of the company Product Segments like – Filter, Lubricant, Coolant, Brake lining. ? Generate minimum daily order revenue through App ? Independently manage aftermarket sales and create new avenues of channel sales ? Keep an eye on competitor’s initiatives. ? Build strong network/ channel by demonstrating team player ability ?
Education: Graduate/B. Com/ BBA Fresher’s Workplace PAN India CTC per annum: Best as per automotive industry standards Total Experience: Min. 3 to 4 Years’ experience in Automotive components in aftermarket sales. Will travel? Within designated territory Work time 9.30 – 6.30pm PF – Yes / No As per applicability Preferred Domain: From automotive components companies aftermarket preferably DSR, selling, Brake lining, and brake pads of companies like ASK, Rane, TVS, COMPO, & Kalyani (min 1 to 4 Years’ experience) who are in the Automotive industry.
