We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting potential shops, markets, and retail outlets to build relationships, promote our products/services, and convert opportunities into successful sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong customer-centric approach.
Market Visits: Regularly visit potential shops, retail outlets, and market locations to identify new business opportunities. Sales Conversion: Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of our products/services, leading to successful sales. Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-person product demos, showcase benefits, and provide relevant information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target shops and markets to drive customer loyalty and repeat business. Market Research: Gather feedback from customers and competitors to provide insights on market trends, customer preferences, and potential sales strategies.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent revenue generation from market visits and new client acquisitions. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of visits, customer interactions, sales performance, and feedback in CRM systems or sales reports. Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to share insights, strategies, and customer feedback to improve sales effectiveness. Brand Representation: Represent the company professionally, ensuring positive brand awareness in every market interaction.
