We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves actively reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our payment solutions, and driving new business. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients within high-risk sectors (e.G., Forex, gaming, gambling, online casinos). Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and meet targets. Present and demonstrate company s payment solutions effectively to prospective clients. Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage the onboarding process for new merchants. Collect and verify KYC documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with the operations and tech teams for smooth integration of clients. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and update the CRM regularly.
Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fintech, payments, or financial services industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently. Knowledge of high-risk industries (Forex, gaming, etc.) is a strong plus. Understanding of commercial terms like MDR, rolling reserves, and settlement cycles. Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn and grow in the fintech space.
