We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy meeting new people, and have a knack for building strong client relationships. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation - Identify and approach potential customers in the designated territory. - Build a strong pipeline of leads through referrals, market research, and networking. Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients. 2. Client Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback
Understand client needs and offer products or services that align with their requirements. 3. Sales Execution - Conduct face-to-face meetings to present products and services effectively. - Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales deals. - Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 4. Market Analysis - Monitor market trends and competitor activities. - Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies. 5. Reporting and Documentation - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups. - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Qualifications and Skills - Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (internship experience also considered). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. - Proficiency in using CRM too and Microsoft Office Suite. - Fluent in English and Hindi additional
Local languages are a plus. - Knowledge of the event industry or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. - A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
