Blackhole Retail is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. This role involves managing inventory, leading a team, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and improving warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will be a strong decision-maker, a team leader, and experienced in inventory management for eCommerce.
Ey Responsibilities: Lead and manage warehouse team for smooth operations. Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and stock control. Ensure accurate and timely order picking, packing, and shipping. Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Use inventory management processes for accurate tracking. Ensure safety standards and compliance are maintained. Requirements: 4-5 years of experience in warehouse management in eCommerce. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in inventory management and eCommerce operations. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
