Here are some of the tasks that you will be involved in: - Making calls to customers to get feedback on our delivery - Attending delivery ceremonies and making sure everything runs smoothly - Using the GDMS tool to manage customer complaints - Handling customer complaints in a helpful and friendly manner - Coordinating with Sales Executives and the team to ensure everyone is on the same page - Following up with customers to make sure they are happy with their orders - Processing any requests for order cancellations or excess items - Making pre-sale calls to help customers understand our products and services etc...
