1. Working on various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.) 2. Understanding the requirements and shortlisting, interviewing, and working on coordination 3. Taking HR round interviews. 4. Working on conducting internal meetings about vacancies, allocation of vacancies, monitoring working hours, and performance of the team members when required. 5. Helping team members understand the vacancies and job postings on various portals. 7. Working on resumes to fill details 8. Attending daily meetings. 9. Completing HRD Procedure. 10.Improving Employee Relation.
