Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate daily office activities to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using MS Office Suite. Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Support HR and administrative functions as needed. Assist with event planning and execution for company events and meetings. Qualifications: Female candidate, well-presented with a professional appearance. Minimum 4 years of experience in office administration or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
