Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions for clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company attracts and retains top talent.
Location: Mukherjee Nagar, DelhiTiming: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMResponsibilities: Assist in managing daily operations and administrative tasks, including onlineresearch, data extraction, and data management in Google Sheets. Support the Manager in coordinating schedules and meetings, both internally andexternally. Communicate effectively with team members and clients, providing timely updatesand assistance as required. Contribute to the growth and success of the company through various projects andinitiatives, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results. Additional Responsibilities: Conduct online research and extract data from the internet, managing it efficiently inGoogle Sheets. Make calls to clients or stakeholders as necessary for gathering information orproviding support. Provide online trainings to field interns working in other states, ensuring consistencyand quality in their work.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc) Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)

Job involves internet research and analysis and travel for about 7 days a month to our Mussoorie, Uttarakhand branch for salary, attendance and other HR matters.
