In this role, you will be responsible for: Communicating with travel agents to assist them with inquiries about our platform Providing detailed information about our services and addressing their questions Guiding agents through the registration process and ensuring a smooth on boarding experience Maintaining accurate records of interactions and updates in our system Delivering excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction Requirements: Basic knowledge of MS Excel Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in customer service (experience in the travel industry is a plus but not required)
